Asia International Academy Holdings Private Limited, holding the trade name Asian International Academy (AIA) is an educational hub founded in 2011. It has steadily established itself in Sri Lanka as a leader in tertiary education through its study courses and study abroad services representing many universities in Canada, UK, USA, and Australia, UAE. Its focus has three key areas namely higher education, professional education, and skills development. AIA started Alpha Business School in 2019 and this conducts preparatory courses for professional qualifications in accounting including Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

AIA also promotes US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification in Sri Lanka in partnership with Becker Professional Education USA. 

It has also expanded into delivering engineering and technology courses through British Institute of Engineering & Technology (B.I.E.T). The programmes offered include foundation, diplomas, higher diplomas, undergraduate degrees and master’s degrees. The degrees are approved by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka, and they are affiliated to the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) which is one of the highest-ranking UK university programs in Sri Lanka.

 In recent times AIA has ventured to develop incubators for nurturing STEM education including Robotics, AI, Analytics through the investment in Meu Labs which uses Project-based collaborative Learning aiming to create a generation of problem solvers and creative thinkers.

AIA also invested in the Dr Philip Nehri International Training Academy which specialises in corporate training.
